My honest opinion is that although Lucky Garden is through new ownership, the quality of food stayed the same as Fast Dragon’s. Also why would they keep old Fast Dragon reviews if they are a different restaurant now? Some pieces of the pork in the fried rice were undercooked (yes I understand it has a red40 marinade but look at the pictures), the peppers were lazily cut in large pieces and tasted raw or like they had been thrown in a pan for just 10 seconds. I always get takeout here when I'm in the mood for Chinese food. The food is usually excellent , however tonight was the exception. I ordered Mongolian beef which is a favorite of mine and it is usually 50% onions 50% beef. Well tonight's supper looked like the beef and bell peppers from cowboy bebop. It was 98% onion with 3 tiny pieces of beef and it was a 14$ meal. I am usually not the type of person to leave a negative review especially at a place I frequent and normally love but tonights "meal" was very frustrating. I was hungry, didn't want fast food or pay the price. I had been there as Fast Dragon, thought I would check it out. I wanted simple food, I tried the chicken fried rice. Yellow rice, bamboo shoots, onion chunks, pretty sparce on chicken. Flavor of the rice was decent. I also had a egg roll, that was fried too long. Wrapper was edible. Would need improvements before I would go back.

General Tso chicken tasted like fish,disgusting.Eggroll was delicious and 2 pieces of crab Rangoon was good. Didn’t get rice and asked if I could substitute noodles and she said it was a $3 up charge so I passed. Never saw orange General tso before,sons chicken was bland but had lots of green pepper and onion but barely any chicken..almost $27 to learn a lesson..won’t go back. I’ll give it a 2 for the eggroll
