We came in here as a family because we really love you guys food. The one thing that this McDonald's lack is communication on how long it takes to make the pies. And maybe they could bring our food out first then bring the pies. Some of the managers are very rude when you asked like how long is it going to take. This is supposed to be fast food not go as slow as possible and bring you food out then slam the trays down in front of you. Very unprofessional thanks

Food is always great but can't understand how I can never get my whole meal through the drive through. Last time didn't receive sausage with hot cakes and this time got 1 butter and no syrup for hot cakes but sausage was there. Out of town by time realized messed up order and no time to turn around to complain. Really not worth the wait time or money anymore. 😒 Used to be a great restaurant but now seems employees are more concerned with their pronouns than putting order together correctly for customers. Hope the next round is better.

I went through the drive through they had me pull up to a parking spot. I waited 25 minutes before anyone came out then they messed up the order. I had to go back in to get the rest of the order. Fries were over cooked and good at all. There is no leadership in this McDonald's. I will absolutely never go back again.

I never ever get my food at the window. I always have to pull to a space and wait 15-20 minutes for my food. It is ridiculous. It’s supposed to be fast food.
