I order my latte on the app all the time. They are SEEING how i want my latte made, every time i go to pick up my order, it’s always missing the toppings. I have to tell them to correct it. I had to do it tonight and had to tell him correct it TWICE. And he took it as a joke. There is nothing funny about immature kids working in a facility that can’t follow instructions. The manager here needs to hire better people that can read and most of all FOCUS. Speed is great but accuracy is what’s needed.

Decent Dunkin location. Large, with lots of parking, plus a drive-thru. Pretty clean inside, with lots of seating. The employees seemed a bit confused, but were plenty eager to help. Coffee and doughnuts tasted fresh and delicious.

Worst experience so far. The Dunkin constantly gets our orders wrong (annoying but not the worst). Today I picked up an order for someone and they did not fulfill the full order. After handing me the coffees, the clerk asked “Anything else”. I assumed that was the end of my order and thanked her. I found out later that she did not complete it. This is theft. Disgusting. I went back and asked for the email of the GM, DM or Franchisee. I was given a name and number. I called the number and a person answered with a different name then was given to me. The traffic due to the location is always heavy. The bathroom is a key component at a business that serves food. They consistently fail at this point. My last visit was no exception to this specific point. The single occupancy restroom serves both genders. I walked to go use the bathroom and a woman was coming out and told me there was no tissue she wasn't finished. She took a bunch of napkins from the front and went back in. When she came out she politely thanked me for my patience. And then I went into the bathroom which smelled, had no paper, and even the sink looked gross. When I turned to
