Worst McDonald's food I ever had. Done with Verona McDonald's. Got a McDouble meal deal. Cashier asked if I wanted my receipt and I declined. One of the patties on the burger was burnt and tasted like old grease, just disgusting. I went back and was told to pull up and they would bring a new burger. I sat and waited as 4 customers including another park and wait where served. How can you treat a customer like that. So pathetic.

Dont go to mcds but every 3-5 years due to disappointment. Food quality service and speed here were great. But dang yalls pattys got super tiny! Placed quarter pounder with bacon and fries. One peice of bacon folded in half and the patty looked like a regular hamburger patty. Thin. Like youd get from rallys. And no ketchup packets? I was expecting at least two packets but zero? In the words of the great and beautiful, talented, and very real woman- Delta Work- "ya'll want me to throw neck for ketchup?".

Updated: I was in contact with a Renee at corporate, she was very nice! She took the time to listen to my complaints with this location and rectified it. Thank you Renee! I hope this location gets better! Update: Google wants me to update my review on this McDonald's location. My sister has been here a couple weeks ago. Nothing has changed. They're still messing ppls orders up. I LOVE the saltsburg location. I went to this McDonald's yesterday and had a Big Mac value meal , no pickle. Large size. I had no top burger,no top condiments or cheese! About 2 months ago I ordered a double quarter p

This is the worst mcdonalds in eastern pittsburgh. I stopped coming to this location entirely as the last 4 visits have always ended up with incompetency, lack of food safety, and poor service. Definitely needs new leadership. Avoiding outright for the next few years before I give it another chance. Can only be dissapointed so many times as a local. How hard is it to give the right order, not have food sit for more than 2 hours before serving, maintain basic standards, not grab food with a bandaid and no glove, clean the mold from the ice chutes, and have any sense of internal accountability?
