Holy cow! Some of the best tacos. The crispy taco was amazing. The real star of the show was the hatch green chili burrito. I was not expecting the burrito to be a roasted green chili with cheese and beans. Holy moley, so freaking good. My wife had the cabeza taco and she won't stop talking about it! We're going back again and again and again.

The food was great. Atmosphere did not apply because they are a taco truck where you go pickup your catering order from, or you can have the food truck come to you. Portions were good. One tray of meat serves up to 30 tacos. One suggestion is that they could provide more tortillas.

Nice little taco spot. I got three toasted tacos (outside layer of caramelized cheese) Asada, pollo asado, and pastor. The pastor was by far my favorite. Not too goopy and had pineapple in it which provided a nice balance. The pollo asado was well seasoned. The asada was not great. No seasoning on the steak at all, tasted like boiled meat. Everything else in the taco saved the asada. The beans were unique and had a little bit of heat and smokiness to them. Friendly staff. The atmosphere is a little wanting. Next to a major street in a tire auto service parking lot.
