Waited over 40 mins in drive-thru after around 10:45. Before I got my food. A previous customer walked up to me asking if he can cut back in line because they messed up his order and forgot his pies. I allowed it. Then it’s my turn. I see them laughing and giggling. Taking about relationships and I see the female worker that’s running the drive thru drop my sauce packets, pick them up and wipe them down with her pants leg. Then put it in my bag and hand it to me. By the time I get home it’s 11:32. I ordered online expecting everything to be there and no. They forgot half of my order. Several n

This McDonalds never gets the order right, they ask what sauce we want for our nuggets and never get any sauce. One morning we ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg, the sandwich only had a egg no sausage or cheese. Unhappy with this McDonalds.

Customer service is terrible; from the start I knew something was going to be bad because the screens that display your order were non-operational. Asked for 2 happy meals and two 10 pcs chicken nuggets meal and they couldn’t get it right. Had me waiting for French fries for them to come back and be missing one happy meal. 2nd person came and was not helpful at all. Could not care less about it. Definitely need some coachings.

I come to this McDonald’s often. And I’m starting to go to the McDonald’s in the Walmart because there’s employees in this McDonald’s that are rude as heck. There’s one male manager in here who is very kind, but there’s employees that are incredibly rude. I’ve had orders messed up and get an attitude when I tell them it’s messed up, given an attitude about needing to pay extra when I already pay extra for it, and also given an attitude when I use a certain code and being told that it’s just a code for points and not a code for the discount I’m trying to use. I honestly want to talk to the fran
