Cool spot, great service but when you pull up there is no menu!!!!! The tv screen flashes so fast, how am I supposed to order what I want. Ugggg it was one of the most frustrating coffee shop experiences I have had. I ended up with something I didnt want because I just had to have the server pretty much order for me. Talked to a friend and she had the same issue.

7Brew never disappoints, but this visit was next level thanks to Matt. From the moment I pulled up, he was super friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He explained options clearly, made great recommendations, and had such positive energy that it honestly made my day better. The drink was perfect, the service was fast, and the customer service was top-tier. Matt is exactly the kind of person you want representing your brand. I’ll definitely be coming back!

SO there I was, on my way to work, waiting in line to order my 7Brew. In line for over 10 minutes and not complaining because they have two people taking orders 2 cars at a time then running inside. As I am sitting there I get to pull up to where I should be the next to place my order. NOPE. They go to the car BEHIND me and ask if they have ordered yet, by-passing me completely. I SHOULD have caused a scene but I was in uniform and decided that while this business IS NOT professional, I would be. SO I drove off, pissed off sure, but I did not yell or scream or curse.
