“The staff is great and service is above average”

In addition to my previous order, i told the cashier “ just chicken sandwich” (Cashier add a whole meal of chicken sandwich combo) Since my previous order are three small fries,the manager bring us 6 large fries, (my eyes are wide open). I told the manager i just order 3 small fries, manager said: It is okay i will just take one back and gave one fries for free and I will return it to your card the mistake we made. I was happy for the service and a free fries. And as I check my card, they Didnt return the extra amount that I was being charge their mistake. Feb 28 2026 incident around 6-8pm

Fries were a bit too crunchy for my liking. Took awhile to even get my order. When I finally got it, it was not exactly as ordered. Must have been short staffed on that day. It was a Saturday afternoon

At least it was good, but they messed up one of my orders of the MacChicken. Whoever put the lettuce on my MacChicken their mom doesn’t love them :/
