I go to Andy’s regularly. Even today, I went there just to have this. However, my internet wasn’t working, so I asked them for the WiFi password to call an Uber. They didn’t even bother to help or share the password. A nearby bubble tea shop helped me with WiFi, and even offered me a place to charge my phone. As a customer, this is totally unacceptable. I won’t be going to Andy’s anymore. Very rude!

This is a very slow location which is clearly caused by staffing issues. There were few staff working, and they all looked very stressed and under a lot of pressure. It is clear this location is not treating its workers with the respect and care they need to do a good job, and the service they provide suffers because of that. The products aren't as high quality as other locations I've been to (the shortcake tasted stale), presumably due to the same staffing issues. Whoever is responsible for hiring in this location really needs to step up.

There isn’t any indoor seating. Just a few benches outside. So keep your expectations low if you want to hang out. It’s also right by the cars and parking lot and just weirdly situated. Good as a drive through basically

I ordered a double chocolate malt from Andy’s Frozen Custard and it was absolutely delicious. Rich, chocolatey, and perfectly blended. The staff was professional, upbeat, and incredibly friendly, which just made the whole experience even better. It’s always a treat stopping by here for our ice cream fix—Andy’s never disappoints!
