I usually don’t have any issues at McDonald’s on 1517 FM 685, but the one time I decide to go to the other location on 1700 W Pecan St. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my drive-thru order that I placed through the mobile app. By the time, I received the food, I was missing my burger, and then realizing when I’m almost to home, I’m missing my milkshake. They profile me as Spanish speaking which I’m not even Spanish, and then they half mix my chocolate milkshake saying it’s a twist when I question if it’s a vanilla or a twist because I ordered a Medium Chocolate Milkshake. This McDonald's had signs up inside, warning that some Monopoly menu items might not come with the Monopoly piece peel, but hashbrowns weren't listed on the sign, so I got two for breakfast. These, thankfully, came with Monopoly piece. Unfortunately, I got two property pieces that I already had, Baltic Avenue and Indiana Avenue. This McDonald's had working outlets, so customers can charge their phones, or use their laptops, like at all decent Starbucks. Next time you want to smack someone’s hand to put sauce in at 10:30 PM because you want to reprimand your employee about some SAUCE not being added to the bag, again do it on your own time. Had to ask her what was wrong with her and her being immature then slamming the window when asking if she’s okay. Don’t take an evening shift if it makes you upset that a small mistake is made and have to be asked if you’re okay and what’s wrong with you. I’m just trying to go HOME.

Not much different from other branches. This is still one of the branches that have soda dispensers accessible to customers for self-service. Corporate is slowly renovating branches and are removing sode dispensers in the dining area. The only complaint I got for this specific branch and why I rated it one star --- while consuming my meal, an employee got on her break, ate at the dining area - yea, nothing against that. But, she had her phone up playing vidoes with full volume on her phone's speakers!! Such a behavior is rudely impolite - and not one of her coworkers bothered to chide her
