We recently visited and overall had a pleasant interaction with the staff, which is why this experience was disappointing. My daughter asked for a strawberry shortcake boba drink she had ordered there before but no longer saw on the menu. The employee told us they could still make it and asked if we wanted boba in it. We said yes, assuming that meant the strawberry popping boba the drink originally came with. When the drink came out, it had tapioca pearls instead. I completely understand that mistakes and misunderstandings happen and it’s possible we didn’t explain the order clearly enough o

I love this place!! I have only tried 2 of the drinks because they're my favorite, but everything looks delicious and is made fresh. The employees are really friendly and helpful too.

Last time i went to this location. We've been there twice every time there run out of Boba. We even ordered extra boba but didn't feel like there was extra. Those who came after us received drinks before us which also a reason we were offered smaller version of boba it was presented as if one drink will have those but 4 out of 6 had those.

Tried their milky flurry of strawberry flavour on first day.. That made my day 😍 It had a very light flavour of strawberries and a rich flavour of condensed milk ! We could not stop ourself from having 1 more and we tried the Taro one with extra condensed milk and the topping of strawberry bursts.. A must try I would say ♥️
