I really wanted to try this place since I was staying downtown. It's obviously known for its over the top shakes and sundaes and that definitely didn't disappoint. But I would honestly say its only okay, its fun to grab one of their creations, but they basically turn into a huge mess. We tried the milk and cookies, smores, and oreo cookie creation. They really pivot to offering a pint jar souvenir, so much that there's a dedicated washing station for it. They do offer free parking validation so thats nice. Location is not good if this is the only place you're going to because your gonna pay for parking one way or the other. Your eyes are going to lie to your taste buds... everything is over the top. They use Blue Bell ice cream, which is good, but when you see the prices, you think about just heading to the store to get a gallon. Yes, this place is over the top expensive and all the extras you get really don't taste great. Great little ice cream spot in DT Phx. It has all kind of gimmicky options of ice cream and shakes to choose from. Me personally I like to sticking to classic treats. I do feel like the pricing is up there but I guess you pay for the experience. When busy service does tend to move a bit slow, so you might have to wait an extra couple of minutes. The ice cream is blue bell so being from Texas we know it’s good lol. Would say it’s worth it on hot day.

Most reviews seem to hit this on the nose. I can say the appearance of them is way better then they actually are. Certainly wasn't impressed across the board. Slow service was from the start. While I have some room due to knowing what they are actually making but that room was quickly filled and passed over. The taste was not even really mediocre in my opinion. The shake was runny and tasted more like I was drinking milk with the faintest little taste of mint. Overall not great. This location had a very long line with only 3 employees and all of them seemed to want to be anywhere else but here
