This happened on December 31, 2025, around 10:30–10:40 AM, inside the store (not drive-thru). I don’t remember the cashier’s name, but I’m including the date/time so management can identify the interaction. I ordered a Venti Iced Matcha Latte with almondmilk, add 3 pumps sugar-free vanilla, and no liquid cane sugar / no classic. I’ve ordered this exact drink at this location recently without issue. Most other coffees upset my stomach. Starbucks mild roast is easy on my system. My go-to is a Soy latte vente, 4 stevias, cold with no ice. Ummmmm.
