I am a smoked bbq rib lover and I live on the gulf coast. I have generally found reasonably descent ribs on my Florida travels but generally, nothing to eat home about! I recently traveled to the east coast, Miami, and while looking for a particular business I got lost and wound up at a location that had food truck; bbq rib vendor and other meats and side dishes. Don't miss the pulled pork and brisket, they are delicious. All accompanied by good offers of sauces (the sweet barbecue is our favorite). It is worth knowing the charms of this grill. Service is super quick. There is not much room to eat there, but we always find a way in the car or sitting on the sidewalk. Favorite steakhouse in Miami.
