This is a fantastic Italian restaurant. We went here before a show at the Benedum Center. The waiter started by asking if we were there for dinner only or going to see a show. He gave great recommendations for dinner. The chicken parmesan and pasta Bolognese were fantastic. And the tiramisu was sooo creamy and wonderful. As former Northeast New Jersey people, I will say that this was good Italian food. We will definitely be back.

We had a nice dinner here and Miguel took great care of us. I loved my espresso martini and the meatball appetizer was good. The prosciutto was ok, worth ordering if you want something salty. I had the linguini with Brussels sprouts and pancetta, the portion was huge. It was as expected so I was content. My friends both gnocchi and loved it.

New to me, but totally obsessed! First-timer at Vallozzi’s Italian Restaurant (but won’t be the last) Perfectly located on Fifth Ave, it's a must-visit—especially if you're headed to the draft this week! A Mediterranean-inspired space with classic mains, elegant wine, and cocktails. Here's a little taste of what we tried:
• Warm bread & whipped ricotta with olive oil
• Crispy arancini (fried risotto, mozzarella & marinara)
• Hot honey pizza (pepperoni, arugula, goat cheese, & hot honey)
• Lasagna (braised short rib, garlic cream, mozzarella, red pepper & tomato Demi)
• Crab cakes with grilled

Food was just okay. Noodles where under cooked and lasagna was good but portion was small for price. Overall I would not recommend it to others especially with other options in the downtown area with better food at a similar price point. Left feeling underwhelmed. Staff was pleasant enough but could have been better. Was offered bread and butter but was not told about any food recommendations or told about any desserts or offered a dessert menu.
