Sign covered, so after waiting I went up to the counter to see if I could be helped. The sign said to pay after ordering at the kiosk. I then ordered at kiosk at 10:35am. No one acknowledges that people are waiting. Maybe say we'll be right with you or come out to see why people are waiting. Finally after about 20 minutes, when the Shift Manager Hailey came out I let her know I needed to pay and asked if you can order at the counter and she said no, only at the kiosk. I asked why don't they acknowledge the people waiting and she would not even look up at me, she said they are really busy. I pa

genuinely one of the best establishments i've ever been to. the drink-to-ice proportions? perfect. that crispy dr pepper and that sweet tea tasted like heaven. i've never had fries so golden and salty before.

I do not eat McDonalds. I come here twice a week to facilitate a foster care meeting. I’m writing just to say how nasty this McDonalds is. They have a terrible fly problem. Every single week there are tons of flies inside. I sat her and counted 32 flies in the main didn’t area. They are everywhere. I can see them flying around in the kitchen too. The pics I posted show just two that are on the glass behind my head and one I just killed that landed on my table. Even if I did eat McDonalds I wouldn’t eat here.

We went to this one because we had 2 kids that wanted the Play Place. We ordered on the kiosk (I would rather order from a person). We waited quite a long time so I went to check on our order. No staff can be seen from the counter but I finally got someone who said it would be out in a couple of minutes. The sign behind the counter said all orders are to be picked up but she said it would be brought to us in the play area. When the food arrived, we were missing 2 cheeseburgers and the fries were cold. I went back to the counter and had to call for someone. We finally got the order. We
