We stopped for a late breakfast. This restaurant has always sparkled our interest. They off a large parking lot with two entrances on two streets. It sits right on the corner. They offer indoor and outdoor dining. The restaurant is clean with tables, booths and counter service. The restaurant is fully staffed and friendly. Food was average in taste. Prices are typical.

Came with a party of 5 seniors. Service was so slow we did not stay. Thought service was below par to have us waiting to take our order while the table next to us was seated and order taken while we had been waiting 10 minutes before they arrived. Not a good look for Rise M. Shine.

I had been here before and remembered having a good experience so I decided to order this morning. The lady on the phone didn’t have no enthusiasm while taking my order. Order was done very quickly. Now I got the waffle deluxe. I paid $18 for this meal. The waffle was disgusting. I’ve never had a waffle taste bitter like that. I couldn’t even eat it with or without syrup. It was also soggy. In a smaller container they placed a piece of ham two eggs which I asked for fried over medium but i did not like the consistency. one fat pork sausage and two strips of bacon which were so oily as in th
