i came here on a quiet Wednesday afternoon (satisfying a period craving and my need for iron) and ended up having such a pleasant experience. 🥹 Erica was a phenomenal server. she was knowledgeable, personable, and highly attentive. she made this visit such a joy! the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. we ordered the big steak omelette with green tea and sirloin tips and eggs with orange juice. everything was delicious! definitely a 5 star experience. bookmarking this location as one of the good ihops for sure!

HORRIBLE ! Our waitress Yara was so rude.. because SHE messed up our order!? She also stated that our food was “fresh” but it wasn’t even WARM to the touch. So disappointed 🤦🏾‍♀️ I didn’t even get to eat !

Very disappointed with our visit to this IHOP. First they took a while to seat us, the staff would just stare at us while we were just standing there. We got our table and our server she was unpleasant, offering us a value menu (I didn’t hear her offer it to other customers) She will bring our drinks at different times instead of all together, my son’s chocolate milk was forgotten, and I had to remind her, also she brought my husband and my daughter order first, 10 mn later was my son, then like 5 minutes was ine, and he had forgotten my other son meal.
