This place was amazing to eat at. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I didn’t know what I wanted to eat. Sadie was especially great when I watched her interact with the other employees and customers. I’m a people watcher and enjoy seeing great people and she was definitely one of those. Overall a great place to eat. Food was hot and fresh, delicious and the place was a great environment.

​When this location first opened, it was incredible—easily a 5-star spot for food, cleanliness, and service had . Sadly, the quality has drastically dropped lately, and it’s clear why their rating has plummeted from a 4.9 to a 3.8. ​Lately, basic quality control is completely missing. Buns are consistently untoasted late shift or made incorrectly any shift, and there is a noticeable, (unpleasant odor at the drive-thru window at times) during recent visits. ​The biggest issue is order accuracy. We’ve been going to this pleasant grove bk for over a year. I don’t know what happened but the past few months things have went downhill. Your new manager that speaks hardly any English and doesn’t understand basic situations.(little person) I’m waiting 20-30 minutes for pick up orders and if there’s stuff missing it’s a huge deal and you get to wait another 20 minutes for the manager to figure out a solution. Unfortunately we are no longer going to this location and it’s incredibly stressful each time. Please hire better people.

Best BK I've EVER been to. Almost considered this place a lost cause, until I came to this location... and was reinvented haha. Nah folks, this is a 5 star BK, swear by it I do. Trust me, they're amazing, always fresh as fresh/hot food can be. And theyre super friendly and efficient. Love this location over all others ive been to, and swear by it on my name. 😈👍
