Beyond disappointed. Ordered a custom cake through the bakery four days prior to picking it up, please see the photos below on what I ordered versus what I picked up. The lack of effort and care for someone who custom ordered a cake for a child and now is out a cake for a party is beyond gross. No one called, The person at the bakery, who handed the cake to me, was absolutely embarrassed by the bakers work, and then showed me the notes which all the notes were correct. She did not follow any of them. Also on the cake they were supposed to be red writing she put it on the photo imprint in white

The bakery here is one of the worst grocery store bakeries I have bought a cake from. To start they did not have the decorations that were a part of the cake order, and told us to just go to dollar store and buy them ourselves, leaving us to do their job for them and call another store in search of the decorations for my daughter's cake. And after complaining about this, we received a sloppy and uneven cake. I do not recommend anyone use this bakery.

I went to the self scan and scanned my first item and then the scanner stated assistance was called. I waited a few minutes for someone to come help but the attendant was up front conversing with a customer. I knew she was originally helping them with their scanner but it seemed after she was done she just kept talking and not helping others. I noticed other register lights flashing now and finally the attendant started helping others but started helping some that lights barely started flashing as I was waiting now for several minutes. Left a full cart at the register. Shelf prices didn't match checkout prices, food was ringing up twice as much than marked. The "mix 4 for half off" deal quietly exclude certain flavors of the same product sitting right next to the qualifying ones. You also need a rewards card to get any advertised price. I'm not shopping here again. neither should you
