Me and my partner wanted to try the new ice cream place that opened up near us and we were not disappointed. The staff was welcoming helpful and they made us some great cold treats. The place was clean and tidy and it is so fun to see the liquid nitrogen in use. Beyond the novelty, it was truly good ice cream and highly customizable. I definitely recommend

We went in at 10pm on the first Monday after they opened the Pleasant Grove location, they didn't have some of the machines needed to make some items like an ice maker or the soda machine. We ordered a smoothie and a small ice cream and instead of saying we couldn't do that they improvised and figured out a way to make their own ice so we could still get the smoothie we wanted!!! 10/10 service was awesome the flavors were also amazing!!

Sub Zero ice cream is the best! It's customizable so you can choose dairy free, low fat, or premium options with lots of flavors and mix-ins! My kids love watching them make it with the liquid nitrogen:) So glad they came back to Pleasant Grove!!

I can't have milk or sugar so...no ice cream for me 😢. Unless I go to sub zero! The staff was extremely helpful and helped me figure out what I could have. It was delicious!
