Went here with my wife and daughter. The whole experience was terrible. The person taking our order did not know how to enter our items into the computer. It took almost 10 minutes just to get out order entered. The fries were cold and the burger meat was very subpar. Customers were waiting at least 10 minutes for their food. My wife ordered some friaries from their kiosk thinking it would be faster, it was not. There were employees standing around doing nothing. I’m very disappointed. I love Wendy’s and I’m so glad to see it back in our area, but tonight my daughter and I stopped for a quick bite. We were dinning in. Our fries were cold. So I asked for a fresh order which they provided. Our chicken nuggets had obviously been sitting for a while because they were also not hot. I was already irritated waiting for the fries I didn’t feel like also waiting for fresh nuggets. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with nothing on it received a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo, went up to the counter to fix the order. The gentleman who helped me out was extremely nice and had great customer service but I can't say the same for the 2 ladies he was working with they were quit rude and not friendly whats so ever. Very disappointed in the costumer service there today. To add to the disappoint we received a new chicken sandwich and they still didnt get the order right. Seriously incompetent, I felt bad for the young man who had to work with those rude ladies.

I went thru drive thru and ordered an apple pecan salad. Got h9me and the lettuce was soft, the chicken was cut very tiny like they used left over nuggets and so tough you could not chew them. Places with this service will not stay in business long. I see Wendy’s are closing restaurants! So disappointing as I like their food.
