Great food. Ate at Mama Inez in Idaho Falls the last time 23 years ago before we moved. Found out there was so a location in Pocatello, Idaho and went there for lunch. Had the same meal from 23 years ago and it was just a delicious as I remembered. Highly recommend.

Everything about this dining experience seemed, felt, and tasted better than okay, but short of great — my shredded chicken tasted almost unseasoned, while my guest's tasted great, our server did fine, but we didn't see him often, and he and most staff kept their faces in their phones whenever they weren't delivering food or taking orders so, it wasn't easy to get someone's attention... We might return for another go — the place seemed to favor regulars, and I found myself neither charmed nor alienated.

I got the Chili Colorado Burrito and all I can say is that it’s really good. The beef was tender, seasoned wonderfully, and the rice was so good

First, we will start with the food: the food is alright. It’s not authentic, and the chefs seem to think bland ingredients can be covered up with massive amount of cheese. Out of all of the authentic Mexican restaurants in the SE Idaho area, it’s hard to consider why you would spend your money at this establishment instead of other options. Next, we will move on to the drinks. As it’s a Mexican restauraunt, I expected a solid margarita. It was far from that. It was clearly the premix you buy in the back of Walmart with a shot of tequila added. Next, and least importantly, the ambience. It’s
