Surprisingly excellent! I saw this location being built from the ground up and thought it would be a failure in that location... wrong. It's a thriving business in a community that was desperate for it more than they knew. Added our name on the waiting list and our preference to sit outside and off we went. Staff were very hospitable and friendly. Outside seats were clean and well maintained. Our server (Joyce ) understood the menu well and advised to be cautious not to go beyond our appetite. A raising star in Poinciana! What a treat this morning. And while we were originally told our wait time would be 25-35 minutes, we were seated within 15 minutes. We started with the million dollar bacon and loved it! In fact, my personal opinion is that this bacon was better than the bacon rack at The Edison (at Disney Springs). I had the B.E.C sandwich, and wow it was a delicious! I upgraded for their million dollar potatoes (a wise move IMO). Service was pretty good, though one of our dishes was delayed getting out without explanation. This is the only negative aspect.

I used to be a Benedict girl. Never wavered but this time I tried the works omelet and well, I must say it was so good I know I will definitely be ordering it again. The coffee was darn perfect and I love the endless pot. One thing about First Watch is you cannot go wrong. Every single thing on that menu is absolutely delicious. Stop in, you will be glad you did.

Had breakfast here. We didn't have to wait for a party of two. We had, The power breakfast bowl and million dollar bacon with pineapple juice Egg sandwich with potatoes and purple haze to drink. Overall, the food was flavorful and our server was very friendly and attractive.
