I made an order for their breakfast south west Chipotle panini and I all I wanted was for them to replace the egg omelet with scrambled eggs instead. I made it into a special order which notifies the sub maker that a customer wants to add/change something to the order. Apparently it became a big deal for something this silly and the manger said they are not allowed to change any ingredient to orders? I've not only been to alot of wawas i also use to work in one not once have they had a problem swapping one of the exact same ingredient with another. Again this is just silly.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie for curbside pickup. I waited in my car for 25 minutes. Even though it said it was ready, I decided to go inside, and all of a sudden the order magically arrived at my car extremely watered down.

I ordered a burger and requested a special order to have the bread warmed, something that has been done for me at at least 10 other Wawa locations without any issue. However, this time, a person named Joan, who said she was the manager, told me it could not be done and that she was not going to do it. I find this to be very poor customer service because customers are not supposed to guess which Wawa locations will honor a simple special request and which ones will not. If this service is available at other Wawa stores, there should be consistency across locations. This experience was disappoi
