Ordered a Jacks spicy at midnight. Burnt, hard to bite into, and super greasy. Looks like they just threw it back into the fryer. Not edible. Crazy that we have to spend this much money to eat out and they think it is okay to serve us food in this condition and not edible.

This place wouldn’t take my valid coupon. It was still good. The guy just didn’t want to help me and give me the deal. He said it’s only all the app. And I said no. It clearly says in all restaurants. He didnt want to take it. So I went to other jack and they took it. Idk what that guy problem was. But he needs to know his stuff and have better service.
