Decent spot for a quick flavorful lunch. I do like the steak harissa bowl and some of their pita options are good too. Often a line at lunch but it moves pretty fast and the service is excellent. The rice can sometimes be crunchy which makes it seem undercooked. Also, would be nice to see some recycling options in their trash area as their bowls seem compostable and they serve drinks in plastic cups

I stopped by CAVA for lunch and built my own bowl, and everything tasted incredibly fresh from the first bite to the last. The greens were crisp, the toppings looked vibrant, and the proteins were seasoned perfectly without being overpowering. I really liked how customizable the menu is because you can mix different flavors and textures to make something that feels healthy but still filling and satisfying. Always ask for your receipt! They will add on “extra chicken” or the protein you chose and get you on a $22 bowl when it wasn’t even asked for. All I got were sweat potatoes, chicken, and veggies. I went to the cashier to ask for my refund, he said “do you want a cookie instead?” I said no, I’d like my refund. He proceeded to ask the girl who prepared the bowl and she stated “well I put extra chicken” I responded, “I didn’t ask for extra chicken.” And she just stared at me. I just asked for my bowl back to avoid any further scene. Point is, ask for your receipt, they are running some type of
