I visit Starbucks on London Road regularly, and while the ladies there are always great, it was refreshing to see a gentleman working there today. I believe his name was Mitch, and he was working in the drive-thru. What stood out to me was how polite and professional he was. Instead of immediately asking, “What can I get for you?”, he took the time to thank me for choosing Starbucks first. That small gesture made a big difference and really made my day. I ordered two coffees of different sizes: one grand and one venti. However, the staff mistakenly gave me two grand cups. I asked her to change it, and she simply poured the liquid from the grand cup into the venti. If the amount of coffee is only the same as the small cup, why would I order the large one? The coffee in the large cup doesn't even look full. The staff were very unhappy, even though I always buy a lot every time I visit. Another cup of coffee didn't look full either. Very little. You guys are really stingy with my coffee. Even though every time I buy some, I spend over $40.

Service was super slow (abnormally) I turned car off so it stops idling and sat there another 5 minutes. Wait time from drive through at least 10 minutes. No apology was given for being late. I’m additional the wrong order was given (asked for chai instead got macha). Really disappointed. This stuff is really expensive. Don’t think I’ll go back!

Not a great experience from last 2 times at this store. Waited too long at drive thru to get my mobile ordered drink which was not even made properly. Before that my drink was too watery and mini bagels were cold, hard and chewy even though I asked to warm it up. Other Starbucks store in sarnia is way better!
