Food was great. Service good. Prices decent. The bill at the end not ok. Had a fee labeled O.C.C. asked the waiter what it meant she stated it was to offset the cost of minimum wage so they dont raise the prices on the food........ uhhhhh so we sticker shock customers at the end and not be transparent that there will be a 4% charge added to your bill- got it! No thanks. Don't care that it was only $2.44 its the fact that I knew nothing about an extra charge because you dont want to cover the new minimum wage increase. Just raise the price on the menu so we know what we are paying.

Was excited to try this place after seeing the parking lot full every weekend. We were disappointed overall. My kid got very dry chicken strips. Our server was not attentive. Most of our party had empty cups before the food arrived. And they sat empty for some time. I don’t know my servers name because she never introduced herself. Overall weird experience due to what seemed like a lack of customer service training. An extra slap in the face was the 4% service charge notice written just small enough that you don’t stop to read it before assuming responsibility for the charge. 4% seems petty a

We usually love going to Main street and are tend to be regulars when we can spare the cash, but this last time wasn't the best. First off, our server Addi was very sweet, attentive, and did great. No complaints for her, 10/10 service. Our issues started when another server dropped off a water for us that had a bunch of floating crumbs and bits. We mentioned it to Addi, she took care of it immediately. When we ordered, we mentioned multiple times that my husband has a gluten allergy(celiac disease) and that he couldn't have haystack onions on it. She noted it down, we're sure she got the order

If your going to charge outrageous prices the food better be good. Got the pretzel bites and they were brought in a pile of their own grease. They didn't even strain them from the fryer. The "generous" portion of hand breaded chicken strips were a joke. They are tiny and like the size of a clam strip. It was like where is the rest of the chicken?!! The patty melt was hardly toasted and thr cheese wasn't even melted. What a joke never again!!
