There is no level of customer service at all with a few of the employees here and it really ruins the vibe of the store for everyone else. Whenever I come in there is no greeting just, “what do you want?” Even if I ask how is your day? The rest are great at what they do; just a few that need some training on how to interact with people. And they forgot my cold brew…. With no apology given. Cmon y’all you are better than that.

Inconsistent. I go back and forth between ordering an iced matcha and the brown sugar shaken espresso, only customization I make is adding vanilla to the matcha. These drinks are great when made correctly, though I get them made differently/incorrectly about a 1/4 times which is frustrating for a $6 drink and seems to happen more often than that should happen.

Latrese might be the worst person to be running this establishment. She cares more for only HER FRIENDS that come through the line and makes them priority if they come in store over all the other customers that walk through the doors. I come in everyday for a hot coffee and to do work on my computer and I always see her standing around doing nothing making 3 people do all the work while her and all the other team leads stand and do nothing. So i’m sorry for everyone complaining about their orders taking forever, the manager of this establishment doesn’t make her team leads help out the normal

Update: Unfortunately the service has not been the best if you place an order online. For some reason the customers in store are always prioritized even if you order ahead of time. It's a little annoying when you go there and your coffee is sitting on the other side for like a good ten minutes before an employee finally pays attention. I mean nobody wants a warm cold coffee or vice versa after paying quite a bit. It will be really nice if employees pay attention to the people waiting at pick up instead of stocking cups etc or attending customers who just walk in. Finally went to this Starbuck
