At the corner of Southwest West Broadway and Morrison is an amazing nook a third space in the middle of downtown Portland. The coffee is rude by Verve Coffee Roasters And if you have a capital one card turns out the drinks handmade drinks are half off. The hospitality is warm and fantastic. A team member named Duck (I don't know...we were talking and I found out she's from the Eugene area so… Go Ducks!) give us the breakdown of the concept and welcome us into the space and when we couldn't locate something she handled it with amazing hospitality. Popped in out of curiosity on a random Tuesday and was greeted at the door and welcomed to experience a complimentary drink from the coffee bar! Capital One cardholders get 50% off drinks always — in this economy? I will be back. The space was clean, well decorated and quiet (aside from a screaming child) and a great place to work or study. Views from the second floor are fun too.

Good service, decent food/coffee, and amazing price (if Capital One or Discover credit card is used); however, I stayed at the Cafe for couple of hours working on something while having my coffee and bagel. The table was very sticky - not sure what they clean it by. I used the bathroom and the floors were quite sticky. This is really not acceptable, unless they are discouraging customers from sitting in their cafe for long.
