My guava turnover was delicious and I happily gobbled it down with a coffee while I waited for my car work to get done. The tasty El Pechocho I ordered to go was chocked full of beef and definitly enough for 2 to enjoy. It traveled around with me more that an hour before it got eaten. By then, the bread on one side was a bit soggy, but overall still yummy. I took a photo after eating part way through each of them. The bathroom was very clean.

Came here after seeing they won Best of Willamette 2025 – Best Bakery. I tried the chopped sandwich — the portion was generous and the flavor was quite good. I also picked up a chocolate croissant; it leaned more toward a bread-like texture rather than the super flaky, layered style. That really just comes down to personal preference. The staff were friendly and the dining space is simple and casual. If you’re a sandwich fan, you’ll likely really enjoy this spot.

This is a sort of place you don't tell anyone about. This is a special place. Special order your bread for pickup. Because if you think you got there early enough.. you didn't lol. Not sure what to get... you can get a little of everything. The normal amount of bread you would eat, Double that. Absolute number one best bakery in Portland. And here's the kicker. The place doubles as a sandwich shop. And when I say out of this world sandwiches. I mean, neptune, Saturn, Jupiter ... ain't got nothing on these!!! Absolutely delicious. As soon as you walk in you'll be hit by the lovely smell of pan. It's like jumping into a pool if deliciousness. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado chopped sandwich (no bacon) and a concha muffin. Idk why chopped sandwiches aren't more regular. They can be messy but damn is every bite just a perfect bite. The concha muffin was perfection- soft, fluffy, perfect rise and birthday cake sprinkles, I wish I could have one daily. Fast, friendly service and fantastic quality of ingredients. I'm so mad I live too far to be a regular but so glad my schedule finally aligned to have me in the area during
