HANDS DOWN WORST CHIPOTLE I’VE EVER BEEN TO. I never write bad reviews but this place is ridiculous and the negative reviews all make sense now. I online ordered a double chicken bowl with lettuce as the base with cheese, fajita veggies, medium salsa and then sour cream on the side. It came with a handful of pieces of lettuce, not an entire base, with no veggies, no salsa and MAYBE one scoop of chicken; definitely not double meat for the extra $4 it costs. At least they got the sour cream on the side right, but this is definitely not worth $15+ and I would highly recommend avoiding this establ

I am still devouring my food as I type this. I had the best experience here, and I honestly never expect it and usually don't have a good experience. I just brush it off because hey, I'm coming in for the food anyways, right? The employees were so nice and at attention and didn't skimp on the proportions like every Chipotle I've ever been at. This meal was worth the $45 and just a shout out that they're definitely doing something right now. Thanks guys. ❤️

Walked out before ordering. Employees didn’t know what they were doing and didn’t care. Line was taking forever. Dirty kitchen. No drive through. I haven’t been to a Chipotle in close to 10 years. They used to be reliable and had a good vibe. Not anymore.

It's like management doesn't even exist here. Incredibly unsanitary. Look at my reviews. They are all great on Google. That shows how gross this place is. I'm contacting corporate. We visited around 8:00 p.m. on June 21st. The windows were covered in dirty handprints not just on the door, but layers of handprints everywhere. But the real issue was the food prep area.🤢 There wasn’t a single customer inside, yet the entire service line was a mess, toppings scattered everywhere, far worse than I’ve ever seen at any Chipotle.
