Never tired Jitterz before so I had no clue what to get , and the nicest most beautiful girl helped me with a delicious lotus that I absolutely feel inlove with she made it with love and lots of smiles with it she is so sweet and kind ! I have been to Jitterz many many times. It is the coffee place of choice. I am so frustrated that nearly each time I get a coffee and say light ice I receive a coffee that is only 1/2 coffee and 1/2 ice. I don’t know how to specify to the baristas that I would like more than half a coffee for the price I pay. What is the suggestion other than getting it hot and icing it at home myself? Here is a photo of my 16oz light iced americano with no sips taken and the ice removed. It’s ends up being an 8oz coffee

I travel from OREGON. EVERYTIME I come here, I go to Jitterz. The coffee is FABULOUS ⚠️BUT THE BARISTAS ARE SO RUDE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A NICE BARISTA WITH YALL.⚠️ I been probably 50 times, its always the same. I'm taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Tired of being treated like garbage and argued with over the simplest things. I asked for "caramel walls" & she argued with me over terminology. Like girl, put two and two together. Fast, friendly service. The barista actually made me the wrong drink, realized it, asked more questions and then offered me the extra drink. It was super busy, and she was super friendly. I wish I could remember her name. Drinks were delicious!
