I have always given Chick-fil-A it's credit for their customer service but this time I had to check to see where I was at because it felt like I was at McDonald's... I purchased two meals and one of my french fries came like this. I asked for some more but he said that he couldn't and all the fries look like this. Mind you I DID NOT EAT ANY FRIES this is how they came out all butts. The manager came went back and forth with me why he couldn't give me anymore fries and he finally decided to change the fries or I thought. They put a regular waffle frie on top and gave me back the same fries. So

Worst chickfila experience in a long time! The night shift on Jan 2, 2025 at 930pm was terrible. The fries were cold and portioned incorrectly and Customer service is severely improperly trained in how to support customers. We arrived via drive thru with different families in our car. We placed our entire order and simply asked that each order be bagged separately for ease of distribution in the car. The waitress said we had to ask them at the window. We asked for her to ask over the headset so the order would be ready when we pull up as we are on a road trip and need to keep time. She said n

The Woodbridge Chick Fil A service is so slow. It took them forever to get my food. I was so upset. The other Chick Fil A in the DMV area was much faster. I would also rate the customer service friendliness as mediocre. The manager was a bit standoffish. One positive thing is the free parking. I also saw that the drive through lines were much faster than in-dine and take out orders.

Well, if you're looking for a lettuce wrap with a chicken condiment, this is place to go. If I wasn't so far away I would have went back.
