I stopped there for breakfast the other morning while out on my motorcycle enjoying the mountain roads. I ordered on my app using the table service, they were quick to bring out my order and it was correct. The employee who brought me my food was very courteous and friendly, and I was also greeted when I entered by an employee working the counter and the same employee thanked me for stopping in as I left. The restaurant was very clean, and well stocked, and easy to park at.

10/25- WHOEVER was on shift tonight 10/10 very kind and made the BEST McFlurry ever. Took the time to layer the ice cream and Oreos perfectly. Like I have never left a review for a fast food chain ever but this was seriously the best McDonald order I have ever had. I hope this staff stays blessed. Thank you Edit: 10/26- Came back for more today and we ordered 2 and they gave us 3! As Bob Ross always said “we don’t make mistakes, just happy little accidents” I mean how can it get better than this! They really outdone themselves. Best. McDonalds Location. Ever. I’ve been going to McDonald’s for coffee most of my life. This McDonald’s at Prescott Valley is the worst one I’ve ever seen there’s there’s floaters and grounds in the coffee and the way they take care of the problem is tell you that you don’t like their coffee so you don’t need to come anymore. The manager came and told me I needed to leave. He was very unimpressive and this is the way they take care of problems there I used to hear people come in constantly complaining to the staff from a car because they’ve messed up so many times they’re not very friendly. They do not deserve a franchise

Normally don’t do this but it’s the closest McDonald’s to us so we frequent it a lot for our kids. Out of the couple dozen times we’ve ordered for pick up at the mobile pickup spots and it takes longer to pre order food and wait 20 min for them to bring it out compared to just going through the drive through. They constantly miss special instructions like “plain hamburger” and forget to bring out happy meal apple juice, or the happy meal all together. I understand this is an entry level job but the leaders could push for prompter, more accurate service. Be better.
