We ate here several times during our stay at the Hotel St. Michael as it was conveniently located and consistently delicious. It became a nice part of our morning routine in Prescott. Solid breakfast options as well as great fare for the rest of the day. On Friday, being a Catholic, I actually had a veggie burger on two separate visits. The restaurant itself is really cool, having been around for well over a century, and the staff is amazing. Can't go wrong at the Bistro.

A little loud, but upbeat and pleasant. Reuben sandwich was very good. Vegetarian burger was good. Service was pretty good, but had several different servers attend to us. Great selection on the menu. This place has history and has been here forever.

We were delighted to learn the building the restaurant is located in was rebuilt in 1901 and the flooring and ceiling are all original material. The service was outstanding and the food delicious! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich and I had the Ruben. It was really great to hear they smoke their pork and make the pastrami right there. Highly recommended!

Teagan was tending to us and she seriously made us the BEST espresso martinis we have ever had. (I’m 36 so I’ve had my fair share.) The wings and burger were delicious as well! My fiancé ordered his medium well and it came out beautifully!! We will def come back again. This was our favorite stop in Prescott so far.
