I had the Granite Mtn. Eggs Benny. The eggs are not poached. I requested over-medium and got fully cooked thru. The chorizo is more of a chilli. The hollandaise comes from a can. And the base is an over-cooked pancake. It was surprisingly tasty! The service was superb! They have “famous” chilaquiles on their menu that are not chilaquiles, but migas.

I will start off by saying the atmosphere is nice and fitting for a western town and the staff is both friendly and very hard working. Unfortunately, the food just pales in comparison to the excellent service and atmosphere. The drinks were flat, the food arrived minutes apart, the flavor was honestly a bit bland compared to the previous owners... and it's a fee to take the food to go (I guess hazard fees are standard). I used to love this place but the new ownership needs some new recipes.

Stopped in for breakfast. Menu was interesting with some unique items available. This restaurant was very pricey for breakfast. Unfortunately the quality of the food was lacking. I ordered the "homemade" Corned Beef Hash. The Corned Beef was squares of the Corned Beef with leftover baked potatoes mixed in. Not a bad combination except the Corned Beef was grisly. There was more potato than Corned Beef in this $15.99 choice. The side of beans and the green sauce was very tasty. My breakfast companion ordered a steak tip breakfast and mentioned the steak was also grisly. That's 2 for 2

We won't be coming back- ever. The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our experience. We were a party of 5, and the meals came out one plate at a time with long delays between them. Instead of everyone eating together, we had to sit and watch each person get their food separately. The last meal to arrive was the child's plate, which should never happen. The billing process was equally frustrating. We were surprised by extra charges, including a credit card service fee and even a fee for a petite to go box. The restaurant eventually removed the to go bo
