We’ve now eaten at Pho Cafe twice and the quality has been excellent both times. This place has quickly become one of our favorites in the area. My wife is Asian and has lived in both New York City and Chicago, so she knows great pho. Today I was in Prescott and decided to search for a Vietnamese restaurant. I was surprised to see that there are actually two Vietnamese restaurants now. Pho Cafe had very good ratings, so I decided to give it a try. The food was delicious and very cleanly presented. The spring rolls were fresh, and the peanut sauce was excellent, served warm like it had just been freshly made, and you can really taste that it’s made with real peanuts. Absolutely fell in love with this food! I ordered the beef pho. The broth was layered and full of flavor, noodles were springy and plentiful. I would have loved more veggies and herbs but just my preference. Don’t sleep on the homemade chili oil on the table is extremely flavorful and bright with hints of ginger and lemongrass with a hint of heat. I loved it so much I bought a jar for home. My husband and I have never had Pho before but we’ve heard great things about Pho Cafe so we decided to try something new today and we were 100% satisfied. The service was amazing , the food was amazing and we loved the atmosphere. The food was so fresh and came out very fast. We’re so glad we’ve decided to try pho cafe and we will definitely be back!
