Most of the time they’re pretty good. There a person who works there, usually at night who has a great attitude and they’re efficient. In the morning is completely different. There’s a woman who just has an attitude like she don’t want to be there and don’t care about you. Tell me how I’m one of 2 people in line and I order nuggets and get a whole hamburger🤦🏻‍♀️Couldn’t even get through to anyone on the phone to ask for a refund.

When I came in I immediately looked for a kiosk to order (this location apparently doesn't have one), but what I wasn't expecting is for an employee to just stand there and stare at me- no greeting, no "we will be with you shortly", nothing but an unfriendly expression. Finally after I went looking around again to see if maybe I missed where to order the employee muttered something (I wasn't able to understand), but shortly after another employee returned from outside to take my order. She was friendly enough but Wendy's really needs to work on their employees- the food is keeping people comin

I went to Wendy's on23rd st at 9pm and the whole experience was absolutely terrible. I waited in line for about 8 minutes before getting my order taken.Then I got to the window and young man told me my amount,no greetings,I ask ketchup when I finally got my order he handed me a handful of ketchup never said 1 word except when he gave me my total.I will never ever go there again. I've had this same sour experience here during the day before but brushed it off to maybe they were having a bad day but it happens every night.No thank you will never go back.

I don't know if this is a problem with the food or the service. I think, the service. The food was edible. Had there been a proper amount, I would have said even tasty. The only thing I requested was no pickles on this chicken sandwich. So, this had to be made-to-order but it seems to not resemble the stock photo from the company (the one with the Sprite drink). Such a disappointment.
