I am very disappointed with my recent Chipotle order. I ordered a full bowl with steak. The portion of meat was extremely small not even a full spoon. When I asked if more meat could be added, I was told I would be charged double, even though the original portion was clearly under sized. On top of that, the employee separated everything into three sections in the bowl instead of properly serving it. The meat amount was far below what is normally expected for a full order. This experience did not match Chipotle’s usual standards. Attached the video and photo not a bit!

I had an incident today at your location where cleaning chemicals were being sprayed in the restroom while it was still open to customers, with no warning signs. As a result, my clothing was damaged. I reported this to the manager on duty, but the response was minimal and no resolution was offered. I have photos documenting the condition of the restroom and the damage. I would like this situation to be reviewed and resolved, including compensation for the damaged item.

My husband and I came here to get a late lunch. The young adults cooking were too busy flirting with their co-workers than keeping busy with cooking food. The young lady that took the order wasn't paying attention and she didn't appropriately inform us about the meat selection not being available. She refused to ask the kitchen to make a fresh batch of the Chipotle sweet chicken for my husband, and had us standing there for about 8 minutes to finish our bowls. Update: Decided to try again, and it was worse. It was busy and they still had the chairs stacked at 9pm. One guy ate on the booth side with chairs stacked on the table because their couple high tables were occupied with the permanent stools. It was dirty, trash cans overflowing inside and out. No iced tea. No corn. No sour cream. I’m done with this place. My burritos wasn’t great this time either. Decided to stop in around 9pm to eat in before work (graveyard shift). From the outside it looked as if they were closing. All of the chairs were stacked on the tables. Kind of odd, they advertise
