Service was great. I’m not sure why I came here. But I’m in Provo and there are limited coffee options. I don’t even think this was coffee. This was pretty bad. I should have gone to a different coffee shop. I felt like I was drinking dirty water. I hope Mormons start drinking coffee so there are more options.

Even though this location gets crazzzzy busy (probably need a 2nd location in Provo tbh) The staff here is always rock solid! Jo is also a great barista! She brings high quality customer service and recommendations! :) Did I mention that the staff is amazing? Love this location by far my fav place to go for a pick-me-up! and the occasion breakfast!

I normally love going to Dutch Bros but man this last time was disappointing. I had a terrible birthday and was looking forward to my free drink. The birthday drink they gave me was not what I ordered and I didn’t know until I left because it was a similar color. Couldn’t turn back because it was packed and I didn’t have additional time to have them remake it. Lesson learned, check that the drink they hand you is actually what you ordered before you leave.

Love, love, love! The employees are top notch, and always quick to help. It's usually pretty busy when I go, but the line clears up so quick with how well the employees do their job/work together. I LOVE the Golden Eagle, but have totally preferred the Banana Bread Freeze. They make it soo good every time. Great location!
