The employees on staff today were SO sweet, helpful, and accommodating. They answered all my picky questions about the cold brew, even offered to let me try some first, and never made me feel like I was doing too much. The cold brew was really good for a shop that focuses more on bagels than coffee! The food was cooked fast!! It was hot and delicious. I got a farmhouse bagel on a jalapeño cheddar bagel 🥯 and the jalapeños were actually spicy, which I love. The store was clean and cozy. Einstein bros has always been my favorite bagels!! So we were here on October 14 at eleven am. A staff named Chole was very rude to us and so was the other staff. Second, Chole was very stubborn and didn't want to help us get our bagels, even when he or she got our bagels he/she threw the bagels into the box. When we tried to pay we had a gift card, and we didn't now how to scan it because we don't use the app a lot, Chole didn't even help he or she just sat there saying just scan it! We also asked for the a specific bagel and we ordered it before someone else did but the staff took it and and didn't even apologize,Chole wasn't helping either
