Amazing food and service! La Vaca has such a chill vibe and a step into truly a transformed space with elevated food for Provo! We met the owner Julio and was the nicest most hospitable person! Not only was the food great, but they also gave us tips to eat our food the authentic way! We got the argentinian sausage and calamari and so glad we did-being from the East Coast I missed good seafood! We loved it and will definitely be coming back!

Had such a great experience at La Vaca tonight. The entraña was incredible, the calamari was fantastic, every dessert we tried was delicious, and the coffee was the perfect way to end the meal. 10/10! Best food in Utah Valley hands down. Definitely a place to bring your friends when you want to show off. You will not be disappointed! I definitely recommend the the Entraña. So tender and perfect. The Beef Stroganoff is the best i have ever had in my life!! The flavor of the noodles just pops!! I also recommend the cheese Ravioli with white sauce. Definitely try the strawberry horchata, and the cuban mojito for a great virgin drink!! 10/10 The service it top notch. Very classy. Our host Julio, and our waiter Nicholas were so great. INSANE!!! How come I’ve never been here before?? This place was AMAZING!!! Julio was so kind and our server Javier was prompt and gave great suggestions. I got the Estraña, it is as good as everyone says!!!!! Great flavor, veggies were delish. Husband got pinwheels and loved them. We also got the empanada trio and they were unique and so yummy! We got the chocolate lava cake, their signature cake, and then my very favorite was the Pannacotta! They gave us ice cream for my birthday on the house!
