One of my favorite places on the Palouse! Southfork’s staff is always friendly and accommodating. Their food and ambiance is stellar! (Plenty of seating!) Summers are pleasant with their outdoor seating in the back! Quick service! I crave their breadsticks and lettuce wraps almost daily! Cougar Gold Mac and Cheese is always top notch! I don’t drink, but their local drinks on tap and cocktails are always a hit with my coworkers!

It is a bar that serves food. Good, food, not great. Ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. Bacon was crispy, but the jalapeños were very raw and crunchy. Didnt care for that. Flavor was good though. We also ordered the fish and Chips. Fish was crispy and good tasting. It was just the thinnest piece of fish I've eaten in a while. The shoe string fries were flavored well.

The salmon was over cooked and dry in spots other parts were good, the only thing that saved the dish was the veggies and rice. The service was great though. But salmon was absolutely not worth $25
