GROSS!! Hadn’t been here in a while and today was reminded why. The chow mein was GRAY, GRAY! Ordered AND paid EXTRA for 4 pieces of honey shrimp!! You have got to be kidding me. We will never go back or recommend this disappointment. Do better Panda

Never thought I'd be reviewing a Panda Express, but the young lady and her fellow co-workers really went out of their way to help me today and I really appreciate it. There was a glitch in the system that caused my order not to go through and not only were they very courteous but they made the order once the situation had been taken care of. Highly recommended for the polite staff and the consistent food!

Went through the drive-through after I placed a mobile order ahead of time, and waited 30 minutes to get it. Afterward I just wanted chopsticks, but the doors had already been locked an hour before closing, and a staff member ignored us then yelled for us to go back through the drive-through line. I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes just for utensils. Locking the doors early and forcing customers back through a long line for something as simple as chopsticks is poor service. Won’t be returning to this location. Very lazy management and workers.

We went to Panda drive thru on Ocotillo shortly after 9 pm on a Saturday 12/13/25. They are supposed to be open until 11 PM according to Google and signs on the front of the building. Nobody was taking orders at the drive-through so I pulled up to the window and I could see people inside working but they were totally ignoring me in the drive-through. Not sure if they were closing early or ran out of food, but they just pretended that they didn’t see me and ignored our vehicle. We just decided to leave.
