What a great find… First time visiting dragon pit barbecue… With the warmest friendliest welcome… From the owner, Emerson… Who is so proud of the food product he serves… We both opted for the brisket… And incredible delicious choice… It was both lean and moist… And the flavor that was on the bark… I just ate it until I was done… I also got his fries with the special seasoning and it was incredible crispy and tender as you bid into them… My wife had a brisket as well save some for later tonight… And had some of the yummy delicious macaroni and cheese… You will love the atmosphere.
