Game me undercooked burger patties, received a wrong dipping sauce and couldn’t get it changed. Ordered cookies and was told it’ll be ready in a few and never received them. People work in back just wonder around and ignore while you’re waiting to get any kind of service. Horrible customer service. Mostly go to Broomall location, and have way better experience.
