I usually don't rate any restaurant lower then a 3 stars but First Watch completely earned a 1 star on this visit. This visit reminded me exactly why I stopped coming. The crew seemed far more interested in gossiping in the kitchen than working. They even had time to take a selfie. It took 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, another 5 for coffee, and 10 more before anyone took our order. Our server looked either buried or stuck with a table nobody else wanted. Fabulous breakfast spot with great service. Fresh food. I had the “Elevated Stack” breakfast sandwich (egg on a brioche bun, with avocado and arugula) - it was light, fluffy, fresh, savory and delightful. It comes with a side of potatoes but I chose fruit instead. Also got a pancake - it’s ginormous.
