We celebrated a family event in the party room and it was a wonderful experience. We had a group of 22 and we all fit very comfortably. I called a few times with questions in advance and the manager and staff were always very kind and knowledgeable. We were able to use the TV in the room to play a slide show from a laptop. The service was superior. The food was excellent. Heard at the table were things like “this shrimp is delicious” … “this is the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had” … “my filet is perfect”. Our servers were charming, gracious, and attentive. I can’t think of a time I’ve had a better experience at a restaurant. We called around to a lot of places before choosing Charlestons and I’m glad we decided to celebrate with them.

We were at Charleston’s to celebrate our friends’ 50th wedding anniversary. The food and service were top notch. Our server was very personable with a great sense of humor! We ordered Caesar salads with a honey croissant - definitely the best salad we’ve ever had and the croissant was so light and flaky. Our main entree was the hand carved filet with bourbon mushrooms. We asked for medium rare (warm but pink in the center) and they arrived grilled to perfection. The menu at Charleston’s is not overly large, and their choices are perfectly made. Our only regret is that we live so far from this restaurant!

Very impressed with this place! All the food we tried had great taste and quality. The place had a good atmosphere and was not too loud. Our server, Nick, was extremely kind and accommodating to us. The Mahi Mahi was fresh and not dry. I would recommend the carrot cake over the bread pudding. Would recommend this place for a family get together. 5 stars!

Went here to celebrate a birthday, party of 6. Though the waiter forgot 1/2 our appetizers he was very kind it's his service that prevents less than 3 stars. I ordered the baby back ribs with steamed veggies and rice. I have never had ribs so dry the bbq the meat was crumbling off the bone like and the vegetables were not steamed, they were impossible to get my teeth through them. My waiter actually looked at my plate and melted the dryness of the meat and didn't offer a refund or swap so I just took the food home. Both my boys had a Hawaiian prime cut. One was too difficult to chew and the other had no complaints. My daughter had shrimp linguini and she loved it. All in all the 500$ plus that was spent on a below average evening was very disappointing . I did order a margarita with salt and they only salt half the rim of the glass. I thought they was different. They did allow me to bring in my own cake for my son's bday which was the best part of the meal

My initial steak they brought it was medium Instead of medium well. They cooked a new one that was well done. The manager was super nice. Once we had the problem the waitress just avoided us instead of service. Even though we understood she didn’t cook the food it just gave a bad vibe for us. We only tipped her 20% because her service became poor after that and when she asked me How the new steak was I told her it was well done and had zero seasoning She just walked off. So basically She cheated herself out of a good tip by not providing service after already having bad food.
